At SnowBee Shopping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help! Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered to you.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags or accessories intact.
 - 
Proof of purchase (order number) and photo/video evidence of the issue must be provided.
 
If your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product.
 - 
Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
 - 
Clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
 - 
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items, undergarments, etc.).
 
3. Return Process

Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
 - 
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
 - 
If your return is approved, you will be asked to send the product back to our address or cooperate with our delivery partner for collection.

4. Replacement Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will send a replacement product if available, or
 - 
Provide an exchange for a similar item, depending on your preference and stock availability.
 
If no suitable replacement is available, we may offer a store credit or refund/partial refund (at our discretion).
5. Refunds (if applicable)
As Cash on Delivery is our only payment method, refunds are issued only in special cases (e.g., item unavailable, wrong item sent).
If approved, refunds will be processed through mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer, depending on your preference.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for refund processing.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us at SnowBee Shopping FB Page or call us at +8801618-759737.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
