We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen events.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at SnowBee Shopping FB Page or call us at +8801618-759737 with your order details and proof (photo/video).
Returns or replacements may be offered at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders once confirmed.
